1. It is supportive to recieve your payments 7 days in advance.

2. In case of cancellation or no show up:

• Earlier than 14 days prior to your agreed arrival date: Full refund except processing fees.

• 14–11 days prior to your agreed arrival date: 50% refund of the payment to the center. Except processing fees.

• 10-7 days prior to your agreed arrival date: 25% refund of the payment to the center and the donation to the training. Except processing fees.

• Less than 7 days prior to your agreed arrival date: no refund (this also includes shortening your stay while being at the Center).

Note: Cancellation due to sickness: Cancellation due to illness documented by a medical certificate – full refund in the form of a voucher for the next stay at the Center. This voucher will expire after 6 months from the date of the cancellation.

3. The Center offers a limited number of payment plans opportunities for participants who need this support. Write to SwedenCenter@balancedview.org to apply. Please note, upon confirmation of your payment plan you agree to complete it on time with no delays. It is best to set scheduled payments.
